Jr. Auxiliary of Warren Hosts Children's Benefit

Junior Auxiliary of Warren hosted its annual Children's Benefit Saturday, March 15, at the Warren Country Club.  The evening began with a silent auction.  Patrons of the event were then treated to a delicious steak dinner followed by the presentation of awards by the organization.

Wendy Grice was named the Provisional of the Year.

Tanya Jones Johnson was named by being awarded the Member of the Year and Project of the Year Chairman.

Mallard Medical was presented an award for Community Sponsor of the Year.

Following the awards presentations, a live auction was conducted by Tony Cathey.

The revenue from the Children's Benefit funds the many projects of the organization which focuses its efforts to help local children.  Recently, they worked with Ryburn Motor Company to provide 531 coats to children in Warren.  The club also provides school supplies, Christmas gifts, and emergency needs of families with children.
