According to Bradley County Sheriff Rick Anders, he received a letter from the Alcohol Beverage Control Director, Michael Langley, Friday, July 18, indicating that a private club permit has been approved for a facility in Johnsville, Arkansas. ABC regulations allow for an appeal to be made within 15 days of notification.
