Rotary Welcomes District Governor

The Warren Rotary Club met Tuesday at noon in the fellowship hall of First United Methodist Church.  The cub members welcomed District Governor Ernie Encheimayer of Russellville who spoke on Rotary and brought greetings from Rotary International.
