Winners of the 2014 "Light Up the Holidays" home lighting contest sponsored by GFWC Warren Woman's Club were as follows:
First Place-Bill and Michelle Taulbee, 263 Bradley 16 ($100)
Second Place-Marguerite Vargos, 504 N. Myrtle St. ($75)
Third Place-Tracy and Tanya Rauls, 885 Highway 172 ($50)
Prize money was provided by Warren Bank & Trust, First State Bank, Union Bank, and Arkansas Superior Federal Credit Union The homes were ranked by out-of-town judges with points based on lighting, trastefulness, and over-all-appearance.
The lighting committee encourages all residents of the area to drive around and view "Light Up the Holidays" homes to enjoy the beauty and glow of the holiday season. GFWC Warren Woman's Club encourages Warren residents to participate in the next lighting contest in 2015.
