A plea agreement was entered into in Bradley County Circuit Court on Thursday February `19th in the case of Angel Ortega Ramirez. Mr. Ramirez plead guilty to a Battery II charge and received 72 months probation and was ordered to pay $54,343.29 in restitution. The restitution is to cover medical expenses for the individual that was the recipient of the battery.
