Relay For Life Raises Funds to Help Battle Cancer

Survivors lap opens the 2015 Relay for Life event.
The Bradley County Relay for Life event was held Friday night in the Warren School Gymnasium.  It began at 6:00 p.m. with the traditional first lap being made by Bradley County survivors, followed by the lap made by Caregivers.  A number of teams took part in the relay as well as hosted food vendor booths, game booths, face painting, and bouncy house booth, etc.  Throughout the past few months, teams such as those from BCMC, Chapel Woods, and others have been hosting events such as auctions to raise funds for the event.  The funds raised are used to support cancer research.
Caregivers made the second ceremonial lap in the Relay.
