Hometown Health Coalition Meets

By Sara King salineriverchronicle.com reporter

The Bradley County Hometown Health Coalition met on Wednesday at SEACBEC. Alicia Outlaw explained that members of the board would conduct food drives in their workplaces for one week and on July 13 they will take the donated food to the Warren Branch Library to add to the library’s donations. The Health Coalition made plans to play a bigger part in the Bradley County Health Fair. Plans were made to host a membership drive in the next few months. After last month’s meeting, Tammy Hensley found that all of the Doctors’ offices in Warren have patient portals. Alicia Outlaw wants the coalition to look into starting a community garden.
