New Human Development Center Superintendent

The Southeast Arkansas Human Development Center located in Warren welcomes a new Superintendent.  He is Glenn R. Clark and he told SRC he is happy to be in Warren.  Mr. Clark has been on the job just over a week and is working to get to know the clients and staff.

He informed salineriverchronicle.com that he will get out and introduce himself to the community as soon as he get settled.  He comes to Warren from Little Rock and grew up in Fordyce.  Mr. Clark has an extensive background in administration and management.  He has managed health and rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities and has worked as a business strategy and development consultant.  He holds a license in long-term care administration.

The Human Development Center in Warren is one of five Centers operated by the State of Arkansas
and is one of the more modern and up to date facilities.  The Southeast Arkansas Human Development Center serves 92 clients and is capable of serving 100.  At this time the Center works 264 employees and is in need of additional workers.  The Center is allocated 299 positions.
