Sign of Progress Goes Up in Warren

According to information made available to salineriverchronicle.com, Union Bank has approved plans to construct a new full-service bank at the corner of Martin and Sturgis Streets in Warren.  A sign went up this week on the property.  According to a spokesperson for Union Bank, the bank's board has approved the final plans.  Future information will be forthcoming concerning the time frame for construction.
