Zach McClendon Honored for Forty Years of Service to Union Bank

Zack McClendon visits with friends who attended the reception honoring his 40 years of service.

A reception was held Friday, January 15, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at Union Bank in Monticello to honor Chairman of the Board Zach McClendon for forty years of service to Union Bank.  A large number of people from Drew and Bradley counties and other surrounding areas attended the event.  During the reception, the honoree received a number of gifts in expression of appreciation.  The officials of the Warren Union Bank Branch presented him with a DVD of the documentary Timber:  A Heritage of Dreams and Determination which gives the rich history of the timber industry in Southeast Arkansas.
