The suspect, Paul Grice, an escapee from the Dallas county jail in Fordyce, was still the object of a manhunt by the Drew, Bradley & Dallas County sheriffs' departments, Arkansas Department of Corrections search team with dogs and horses, Monticello Police Dept, and Arkansas Game & Fish Commission.
At last report, Grice was still on foot, in the area north of Monticello, between Barkada Road and Highway 35, with officers in pursuit.
