Warren PD Works Two Accidents April, 20th

Warren Police were summoned to the intersection of Martin and Pine Streets around 7:52 A.M. Wednesday April, 20th to assist and investigate a two vehicle accident.  One vehicle had pulled out of the Day N Nite store and was trying to turn north onto Martin.  Another vehicle was traveling south on Martin and the two hit.  One driver was transported to the Bradley County Medical Center for treatment.  There was no report on the drivers condition but by accounts given it was not life threatening.

Again on the 20th of April at 3:31 P.M. the police were called to the intersection of East Church and Cemetery Streets to work yet another two vehicle accident.  One vehicle was traveling east on Church Street and tried to turn north onto Cemetery.  The vehicle struck another vehicle traveling west on Church Street.  There were no injuries and both vehicles were able to drive away after the incident and the investigation.

The Warren Police Department normally works several accidents weekly.  Most are fender benders and many are on parking lots.  Reports are issued and when appropriate, citations are issued.
