Arkansas State Trooper Speaks to Rotary

The Warren Rotary Club met Tuesday, May 17, at noon in the fellowship hall of First United Methodist Church.  Rotarian Linda Barrett introduced as her program speaker Trooper Shawn Mitchell who spoke to the Rotarians about the history, current duties, divisions and qualifications to be a trooper.
