Superintendent of Human Development Center Replaced

According to sources, Glenn Clark is no longer the Superintendent of the Southeast Arkansas Human Development Center located in Warren.  Linda Scales, who has been serving as Assistant Superintendent, has been made Acting Superintendent.

In a conversation with SRC, Scales indicated that the work of caring for the clients and their families is continuing.  She stated the staff is working hard to get more input from family members of clients and the community at large to help carry out the mission of the Center.

More information will be forthcoming.  The Southeast HDC employees around 200 people and serves nearly 100 clients.  Many of those served require 24 hour/7 day a week services and monitoring.
