The Ford F-150 was traveling towards Monticello, about 4 miles west of Winchester, when the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll over, ejecting three of the occupants.
The two fatality victims were adult Hispanics, a father and son, from Bradley County, whose identities have not been released at this time.
Two other passengers in the pickup were taken to Drew Memorial Hospital, reportedly for minor injuries.
Arkansas State Police investigated the accident, assisted by Drew County Sheriffs deputies.
