The Youth Talent Contest for the Bradley County Fair will be held Saturday, September 17th at 3:00 p.m. at the fairgrounds for ages 10-21 in the categories of dance, instrumental, vocal and variety. Entry forms can be picked up and dropped off at the Chamber of Commerce. For more information contact rrgor@att.net, The entry forms with information and rules are below. The deadline is September 15, and winners will advance to the regional competition at the State Fair.

2016 Arkansas Junior and Senior Youth Talent Contest Rules and Regulations
Youth division contestant must be at least 10 and no more than 15 years of age by October 13, 2016.
Senior division contestant must be at least 16 and no more than 21 years of age by October 13, 2016.
No participant may compete in more than 2 categories
Act is limited to a 3 minute time limit.
Contestant must legally reside in Bradley county for 6 months prior to competition or attend school within the county a full semester prior to competition.
No decorative backdrops can be used unless they are a functional part of the act.
No drums allowed in act. Piano will not be available but keyboard may be used.
Music accompaniment CD should only contain music needed for act.
All inappropriate song lyrics, clothing, moves in a dance will result in disqualification. Acts must be suitable for audience.
Winner from each category will be eligible to compete in regional competition at State Fair on Thursday, October 20, 2016. Winners from regional will compete in finals the following Saturday. For any additional questions, contact director, Rhonda Gorman at 870-820-2007.
