Two pleas have recently been approved by Judge Sam Pope in Bradley county Circuit Court. In each case the defendants were found guilty as a result of the agreements reached.
Brandi Michelle Brumley plead guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to pay court cost. The are numerous conditions assigned to the probation order.
Ricky J. Johnson was sentenced to 24 months in the Department of Corrections for violation of probation and numerous criminal violations. He must pay some court fees as well. Mr.Johnson agreed to the plea.
