City Sales Industrial Building On W. Central

According to the Warren Mayor's Office, the industrial building located on West Central Street has been sold to Josh York.  The building is the original Jack Winter plant, later LaDonna and then housed the Orthoflex saddle company.  It was donated to the city of Warren with the intention of being made available for economic growth within the city and county by Acie Johnson and family.

The facility has been sold for $150,000.00 and will be use to operate a commercial enterprise.  The site is zoned industrial and all city regulations will be followed by the new owner.  The new business will generate economic activity within the city limits and beyond.

The city of Warren continues seeking ways to assist local businesses to expand and to recruit new jobs to the city.
