According to the District Prosecuting Attorney's office, Troy Drake has been found not fit to stand trail in a case of attacking a newspaper reporter while covering a fire in Warren. Mr. Drake was arrested for hitting the reporter in the head with a blunt object while the reporter was covering a house fire on Wheeler Street. The home was residence to Drake's mother.
Judge Don Glover has issued an order requiring Mr. Drake to receive mental health treatment. As of October 27th, Drake remained in jail.
