Wild Hawgs Ranks in Top Ten in the Nation

Last June, a local group, Wild Hawgs BBQ, won the steak cook-off at the Bradley County Pink Tomato Festival.  This past weekend they traveled to Fort Worth, Texas to compete in the World Steak Cook-off.  They were one of 95 teams from across the world from as far away as The Netherlands who competed in the contest held at the Stockyards.  The team, which is made up of Blake Huitt, Justin West, William Glosup, and Scott Dean, came away from the contest with 9th place.  This puts their cooking in the top ten in the world!
