Martha Reed Retires from SEAHDC After 33 years.


Martha Reed makes remarks at her retirement reception.
A retirement celebration was held Friday, September 30, 2016 for Martha Reed for her 33 years of faithful service to the clients at the Southeast Arkansas Human Development Center.  The mistress of ceremonies was Wanda Hampton.  A prayer was rendered by Wayne Austin, and scripture was read by Beverly Davis.  A welcome and the occasion was given by Larry Smith.  Carla Lawson presented a solo entitled "This is You Season," with music provided by Elder Jerry Butler.  Delicious food was provided.  A tribute was provided by representatives of the rehab department and by Pat Williams. A number of other tributes were made by other co-workers.  A proclamation was presented by Mayor Bryan Martin designating Sept. 30, 2016 as Martha Reed day in Warren.  A number of gifts were presented the Martha from her co-workers.  Martha spoke reminiscing about her years with the Center and thanking everyone for attending and sharing this moment with her.
Jeremiah Ollison, James Ollison, (brothers of Martha) and Raymond Harris enjoyed sharing the moment with Martha.
