Reception Honors Gwen Bullard

Martha Reed presents plaque to Gwen Bullard at a retirement reception.

A retirement reception was held for Gwen Bullard, Wednesday, November 30, at 2:00 p.m. at the Southeast Arkansas Human Development Center.

The program began with prayer led by Pastor Michael Wolfe followed by opening remarks by City of Warren Mayor Bryan Martin.  Jimmie Sue Wade spoke on the history and changing roles of Mrs. Bullard throughout her years at the Center.  Beverly Marshall talked about "Days Gone By", while April Harris Jackson spoke on the memories.  Dionne Mock delivered thoughts from the family.  Martha Reed, another SEACAC retiree, presented an ERC Plaque to Mrs. Bullard to honor her years of service.

Prior to refreshments, Mrs. Bullard gave her thoughts as she retires.
