Deputy Sheriff Sim McCoy was traveling South Thursday evening at approximately 5:45 on South Martin Street when a car traveling East on Pierson St. failed to stop at a stop sign sign and hit the Sheriff's Department patrol car. Both drivers were transported with minor injuries to Bradley County Medical Center. The accident is being investigated by the Arkansas State Police.
