Sandy Doss of The Warren Library Speaks To Rotary

On April 10th, Sandy Doss, director of the Warren Branch Library, spoke to the Rotary Club of Warren. She talked about the numerous programs that the library offers to our community for people of all ages as well as the upcoming summer events.
