On January 15th, Renee Harper spoke to the Rotary Club of Warren about the Client Employment Programs at the Southeast Arkansas Human Development Center. Mrs. Harper, along with SEAHDC Superintendent and Rotarian Mark Wargo have several programs that are helping developmentally disabled people learn different skills and feel the accomplishment of earning a paycheck.
