Morgan Speaks to Rotary

On March 19th, Past Rotary District Governor and Bradley County native Allen Morgan spoke to the Rotary Club of Warren about the current workings of the Rotary Foundation. The Rotary Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides humanitarian aid around the world such as bringing clean drinking water to places without access to it.
