State Chamber of Commerce Director Speaks to Rotary

August 6th, Randy Zook, President/CEO of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce spoke to the Rotary Club of Warren. He gave an update of different areas where our state is making progress and areas where we are taking steps to improve, especially economically.
