4-H Hold Bake Sale and Raises Funds for Relay for Life

 4-H programs teach youth many of the skills they need in life and give the participants the self-esteem they need to face the challenges ahead.  The 4-H programs in the Bradley County area are very active.  Last Friday, 4-H'ers held a bake sale on the Bradley County Court Square.  They raised $500.00.

The funds will be used to conduct programs and to maintain the organization in the county.  The bake sale is the primary fundraiser in the county.

In addition to the bake sale, the 4-H'ers have been busy with other projects.  Recently the 4-H'ers participated in Relay for Life.  They raised over $900 to help in the fight against cancer.
