Accident at the Corner of Walnut and West Church

Accident at corner of West Church and Walnut Street

Loyce Henrietta Carter, was driving a 2012 white Nissan Altima at approximately 5:13 p.m., Friday, May 17, preparing to make a left turn onto Turner Street when a red 2003 GMC pickup driven by Juliana D. Rodriguez traveling south on Walnut Street pulled out in front of the Altima.  Ms. Carter said she tried to stop but was unable to do so.  The police report did not indicate the issuing of any citations.
