High winds in the area Wednesday not only brought down limbs in the area, but according to the Bradley County Sheriff's Office also brought a tree down on a vehicle just east of Banks. A Hampton resident traveling on Highway 278 had a tree fall on his vehicle. The driver suffered a concussion.
