The Warren Police Department has made an arrest in a case of marijuana being sent by mail to Warren. Dashawn Willams, who has a California ID has been charged with "possession of SCH VI with purpose to deliver". City patrol officers and CID investigators have worked the case. The investigation is ongoing and prosecution will follow.
