BCRFD Responds to Brush Fire

The Bradley County Rural Fire Department was called out Sunday, August 2, at 1:45 p.m. to extinguish a brush fire not he property of Adam Weaver.
two vehicles responded with 11 firemen.

According to the fire report, the grass fire was started by fireworks.  Little damage was done but he fire was difficult to extinguish because it ignited several old tree tops and sawdust from tree cutting.
