Dear CCC Cable Subscribers: We are switching tour new all new digital lineup Sunday night/Early Monday morning. At Midnight, you will notice channels dropping out a few at a time, then a full loss of cable TV service. Please DO NOT scan for channels until after 5AM Monday morning. We will be converting and finalizing the changes, so if you scan before 5am, you will miss out on some of the channels. After that, please make sure you do perform a channel scan through the menu on your TV set. There are some basic instructions on how to do this on our website, www.ccc-cable.com.
If you have a converter box, you will see it reboot several times after we are finished moving the lineup. Once that process is complete you should see all of the new channels in their new location. A good test will be if you see ESPN on 311, your box is converted. If you have any issues please call us. We will have staff available all day Monday to assist those having issues with the conversion. We anticipate this to go smoothly for most of our customers are looking forward to presenting the all-new CCC Cable!
