Prosecuting Attorney Thomas Deen has filed formal charges against Mark Wheeler, age 45, for a series of residential burglaries and breaking and entering cases. Mr. Wheeler faces charges for possession of methamphetamine and multiple counts of burglary and breaking and entering. He has four previous felony convictions. He will face the charges in Bradley County Circuit Court.
