ADE Requirement for Home-Schooled Students

Parents/guardians are required to file current year preprinted forms or electronic submission with their local school district superintendent's office on an annual basis according to state law.  First time home-schoolers must complete the pre-printed NOI (notice of intent to homeschool) form with the superintendent's office before they can begin homeschooling, then each year after an electronic form can be submitted.  NOI forms are available at the superintendent's office in English and Spanish.  For more information, please contact our District Registrar at 870-226-6738.
