On Friday, August 8th, the Bradley County Economic Development Corporation sponsored a "First Friday Breakfast" for staff members of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission in Little Rock. " First Friday Breakfast" is a program put together by Entergy to encourage communities to sponsor breakfast for the AEDC staff on the first Friday of each month for the purpose of providing
local communities the opportunity to meet with AEDC officials and discuss marketing strategies.
The idea is to give cities like Warren a chance to educate the AEDC staff on ways the local community can assist industry and to secure more prospects.
Attending from the area were Rep. Jeff Wardlaw, Warren Mayor Bryan Martin, Bradley County Judge-Elect Klay McKinney, BCEDC Chairman John Lipton, Carlton Davis and BCEDC Executive Director Donna Lawhon.
