Woman's Club Celebrates 100th Anniversary

The GFWC Warren Woman's Club held a reception from 3:00 - 5:30 p.m., Thursday, September 29, 2016 in the Bradley County Historical Museum celebrating their 100th Anniversary.  Not only has the club been instrumental in civic programs locally, in the history of the club, three of the local members have served as GFWC State Presidents:  JeNelle Lipton, Clydine Davis, and currently serving Diane Fowler.

Mayor Bryan Martin attended the reception and issued a proclamation honoring the club.

As part of the celebration, the  club presented a pin to Joanne Richardson recognizing her for over 25 years of service to the Warren Woman's Club.  Mrs. Richardson was the President from 1994-1996.

The event was well attended by members of the community as well as family members of current and past members.
