On February 5th, Commissioner J.D. Neeley of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission spoke to the Rotary Club of Warren. Mr. Neeley spoke of the history of the AGFC and the many different responsibilities that it carries out now. Pictured are (l-r)Neeley and Rotarian Len Blaylock.
