Judge Neely noted to the court that the 2012 budget is less than the previous year's budget and added that the road budget had been higher in the past due to damages caused by flooding.  The 2012 budget is $7,958,322.00, which is less than the 2011 budget which was $8,737,880.00.

Judge Neely also reported to the court that the county's new website is up and running.   It can be accessed at www.bradleycountyarkansas.com.

He also told the court that the pavilion that has been under construction at the Bradley County Park has been completed.  He added that a storage tank and a 1 1/2" water line may be installed at a later time.  Grant Money from the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism in the amount of $96,000.00 was used to build the pavilion.

He further reported to the court on the status of the construction of the bridge to Eagle Lake.  He indicated that the concrete for the bridge has been poured and that he hoped that it would be complete within a few days.

The judge also told the court that due to road and bridge construction, Bradley 1, about three miles from Moro Bay, will be blocked for the next month.

The court approved the sending of a letter to the Soil Conservation Service seeking the disbursement of $.340.00 of Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Funds for the Arkansas Youth Shooting Sports and the 4-H Youth Shooting Sports Teams.
