Pryor meets with Arkansans who are visiting Washington D.C. as part of the 49th Annual National Small Business Week Conference. At the conference, the U.S. Small Business Administration recognized Kelley Massey of Henderson State University as the 2012 SBA Counselor of the Year and Arkansas Power Electronics International, Inc. as the Arkansas Small Business Person of the Year.
