More Rain Expected with Now Tropical Depression Isaac

Martin Street Traffic in Warren has been moving along fine for most of today.
Drivers are urged to remain cautious on all roads with even more rain on the way.
According to the National Weather Service another 4"-8" of rainfall is expected to pour over the River Region within the next 19 hours.

Thursday has been a drenching day to say the least.  However we are receiving a much needed rainfall.  So far the only reports of damage in Bradley, Cleveland, and Calhoun Counties have been downed trees and power outages.

The Town Branch is growing in depth and strength.
Friday the threat of tornadoes in South Arkansas could rise.  All residents are urged to remain cautious and pay attention to the threat of flash flooding and severe storms.  Still, standing water on roadways and low lying places remains the largest problem of this evening.  Power outages could still occur as the center of Tropical Depression Isaac is now moving across the Louisiana/Arkansas border.
