"Business After Hours" Held by Chamber of Commerce

The Bradley County Chamber of Commerce hosted a "Business After Hours" meeting Thursday, February 5 to introduce to Chamber members the promotional committee and upcoming events.

The Promotional Committee's objective is to sell the image of Downtown Warren by marketing the unique characteristics of downtown to shoppers, investors, new businesses and visitors.  Our strategy is to promote a positive image through advertising, retail promotion activities, special events, marketing campaigns and bringing more people downtown, and to do this through the committee and other volunteers.

Upcoming promotional events include:

February 12, 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.:  "Sweets on the Streets" a community-side sweet contest (chocolate or candy entries); which will be held downtown in participating shops.

March 23, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Artist Showcase

April 20, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. "Strum and Stroll"

May 10th and 11th - "Straight From the Driveway Festival" in Hermitage

June 14-15 - Bradley County Pink Tomato Festival
