Warren Fire Department Responds To Three Alarms


The Warren Fire Department responded to three alarms during the week of November 17th through November 23rd.  First the City Rescue Truck was dispatched to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Bradley RD 32 and the 278 Bypass.  Thankfully no one was seriously injured.

On November 18th eighteen firemen were called to 202 E. Central to what turned out to be a chimney fire.  There was no serious damage.  On November 22nd a mobile home was destroyed at 1229 Pennington Rd.  The call came in at about 11:57 A.M. and was attended by two fire engines and 19 firemen.  There were no injuries.

The Warren Fire Department cautions all residences and businesses to keep all electrical items up to code and to practice fire safety during the holidays and at all times.  All outdoor burning must be permitted and carried out according to city ordinances.
