New Edinburg to Host Barbecue Fundraiser Saturday

The New Edinburg Community Center will host its annual barbecue and auction fundraiser Saturday, March 7.  The event will begin at 5:00 p.m. with the auction to follow.  After the auction, the featured entertainer will be Doug Scallion who has performed throughout the area and sings a lot of the hit songs of Elvis Presley.  There is no charge to attend the event.  The barbecue plates will cost $10 and will include meat, drink, dessert and all the trimmings.
