A Bradley County Circuit Jury convicted Tina Burns on charges of "careless and prohibited driving" and 'driving while intoxicated" as a result of a trial held April 7th. The jury found her guilty on both charges and sentenced her to 90 days community service and a fine of $100.00 for the careless driving and $900.00 for the DWI. The case was tried on appeal from District Court.
