Three separate criminal cases before the Bradley County Circuit Court, resulted in negotiated pleas during court conducted August, 22nd. Judge Sam Pope presided in each case and approved the sentences.
1. Michael Wayne Florence-sentenced to 36 months probation and required to pay restitution for residential burglary and theft by receiving.
2. Detraveone L. Simmons-84 months in the department of corrections and 84 months additional suspended. The charges were for fleeing and possession of cocaine and meth with purpose of delivering.
3. Deidrick Morris Calbert-Probation revoked and sentenced to 24 months in community corrections. Charges were for breaking and entering.
