Citgo in Hermitage Robbed at Gunpoint Saturday AM

According to Hermitage Police Chief Ben Poole, an armed robbery occurred Saturday, September 24, at 5:20 a.m. at the Citgo Station on Main Street in Hermitage.  A black male wearing a ski mask and dark clothing entered the building and told the clerk to lay down on the floor.  He proceeded to rob the store of cash and a few packages of cigarettes.  The robber left on foot.  No one was hurt.  The Hermitage Police Department and the Arkansas State Police are working the case.
