Warren PD Makes Drug Bust

On Friday, October 28 at approximately 5:00 p.m., the Warren Police Department executed a search warrant on 510 Boyd St.  The suspect and arresstee, Percy Ingram, a 26-year old black male, was charged with possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver as well as fleeing.

Upon the arrival of the police, Ingram fled out of the back door and was later caught on Carey St. by pursuing officers.

Evidence was photographed and collected by Sgt. Thomas F. Miller.  The search warrant yielded a seizure of two jars and two bags filled with green leafy substance, a digital scale, and multiple prescription medications of various types.  Corey Ashley, a 36-year old black male, was also arrested on a warrant out of Jefferson County which was for child support.  Ashley was also charged for being in possession of a controlled substance.
