Congratulations to Carmen Cuthbertson for receiving her PhD from the University of North Carolina School of Public Health. Pictured with Carmen are her parents John and Gingy cuthbertson and Dean Farral. Carmen is a former Applications Analyst at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hills. After graduating from Warren High School, she studied at Emory University.
