With already saturated soil, Bradley County and the City of Warren, according to state news sources, had four more inches of rain fall Wednesday.  Isolated water problems occurred as a result.  On the west side of town, in the Bellaire subdivision, Mona Lisa Street had standing water but was passable.  Highway 278 West had water across it just at the City Limit sign.  A culvert at the east end of Cedar Street washed out forcing the closing of the intersection of Clingman and Cedar.  According to Street Foreman Ricky Joe Davis, all other city streets are passable.  Mayor Pennington was out surveying early this morning. Water flooded part of the YMCA property but has gone down as of this morning.  According to the county judge's office, one home in Banks had water get in it.  Multiple reports of water over county roads have been reported.

A hole washed out in the Cedar Street culvert.
